By accessing or using QuietSignals (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. QuietSignals is an intelligence platform providing early hiring indicators; it is not a recruitment agency or a guarantee of employment.
2. Description of Service
QuietSignals provides curated intelligence briefs and real-time alerts based on public and proprietary signals. These signals include, but are not limited to, leadership movements, real estate filings, and internal promotion cascades. The Service is intended for professional development and strategic career planning.
3. Intelligence Disclaimer
Crucial Information
Our signals are predictive in nature. While we strive for the highest accuracy, QuietSignals makes no warranties regarding the outcome of any signal. A "signal" of a hiring need does not guarantee that a position exists, will be advertised, or that you will be considered for it.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the intelligence provided for legal, ethical professional purposes only.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Not scrape, automate, or redistribute QuietSignals content without express written permission.
- Respect the privacy of individuals identified within signals.
5. Subscription & Billing
Access to premium intelligence requires a paid subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via your account dashboard. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, generally available within the first 7 days of initial purchase if the service has not been significantly utilized.
6. Limitation of Liability
QuietSignals and its parent company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or for any career decisions made based on the intelligence provided.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
